The Howell Collection builds and rents modern houses for college students in Boulder, Colorado. Every house is rented to students, and each is designed with the care, finishes and attention to detail you would expect in a custom modern home, not a worn-out apartment or a cookie-cutter rental.
Three of our houses are near the CU Boulder campus. 844 19th St, on The Hill, is finished and has been home to students since 2025. 2231 Columbine Ave is also one block from campus and is in design now. 1084 Grant Pl is a duplex under construction six blocks from campus and three blocks from Chautauqua Park, at the base of the Flatirons.

Yes. Every house in The Howell Collection is rented to college students.
Is anything available now?
844 19th St is completed and fully occupied, with 2 bedrooms available for Fall 2027. 1084 Grant Pl is pre-leasing for Fall 2027, and 2231 Columbine Ave is pre-leasing for Fall 2028.
What comes with the houses?
Our houses include quartz countertops, LVP flooring, backlit mirrors, tiled showers with glass doors where noted, and in-house washers and dryers. The 844 19th St kitchen has two refrigerators, two dishwashers and a 48-inch range with double ovens. Details for each house are on its page.
